Old School R&B Brunch (OSR), one of the world’s fastest-growing entertainment brands, has landed in Kenya for a four-day celebration of music, culture, and community in Nairobi and Mombasa.
The programme kicks off in Nairobi at Mass House, Ngong Racecourse, and concludes at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort in Mombasa, offering East African audiences OSR’s signature blend of soulful nostalgia and vibrant connection.
“From the very beginning, Old School R&B Brunch was about more than music, it was about creating a space where people could connect, be themselves, and celebrate a culture that shaped us. Bringing that energy to Kenya feels like coming home, and we cannot wait to share the experience with Nairobi and Mombasa,” said Reiss, Co-Founder of OSR.
Launched in London six years ago by childhood friends Reiss, Olu, and Paul, the OSR concept draws on Nigerian heritage and a passion for authentic experiences. It quickly evolved from a single brunch in 2019 with 250 guests to a global movement spanning over 45 cities in 15 countries, including Lagos, New York, and Dubai, with London events regularly drawing crowds of more than 800.
During the pandemic, OSR sustained its momentum through weekly live DJ sessions on Instagram, connecting audiences worldwide and fuelling its international growth. Today, the brand encompasses not only events but also professional recording studios and its own Restaurant & Bar, cementing its status as a global entertainment powerhouse.
