Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) has officially announced that its 22nd Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, 5th December 2025, at the MMUST Graduation Square in Kakamega. All graduands and invited guests are expected to be seated by 8:30 a.m.
The ceremony will celebrate students who qualified for the conferment of degrees and the award of diplomas and certificates for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
Clearance & Graduation Status
Only students who have paid all outstanding fees, including graduation fees, and completed online clearance by Friday, 7th November 2025, will be included in the graduation list.
Graduands must confirm their graduation status and verify the order of their names through the online graduation application available on the university’s website.
Graduation Fees
Graduation charges must be settled on or before 7th November 2025 through the Jiunge Application (E-Citizen). The fee structure is as follows:

Academic Regalia Collection
Graduands will collect gowns from their respective Schools between 17th and 28th November 2025, and return them no later than 9th January 2026.
Late returns will attract a KES 500 daily penalty.
Rehearsal & Invitation Cards
Rehearsal will be held on Thursday, 4th December 2025, at 11:30 a.m. Graduands must arrive in full regalia and be seated by 11:00 a.m.
Each graduand will receive two invitation cards, available from their School Deans beginning 17th November 2025.
