Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) has announced that its 45th Graduation Ceremony, held jointly with the 13th PAUSTI Graduation, will take place on Friday, 5th December 2025, at the Graduation Square, Main Campus, Juja. The ceremony begins at 8:00 a.m., with all graduands expected to be seated by 7:30 a.m.
The event will celebrate students who successfully completed their studies during the 2024/2025 academic year, culminating in the conferment of degrees and the awarding of diplomas and certificates for both JKUAT and the Pan African University Institute for Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI).
Examination Results & Graduation List Confirmation
Results for exams taken during the academic year are available at the offices of respective Deans and Directors.
Graduands must confirm inclusion in the graduation list with their Schools by Monday, 17th November 2025.
JKUAT will publish the official list of graduands on its website from the same date. All candidates must verify the spelling and order of their names, since any post-graduation corrections will attract a KSh 3,000 penalty.
Rehearsal Scheduled for 4th December
Rehearsal will be held on Thursday, 4th December 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Graduation Square.
Graduands must attend in person, fully dressed in academic regalia. Gowns will not be issued on rehearsal day.
Graduation Fees & Payment Deadline
A mandatory, non-refundable graduation fee must be paid no later than Friday, 7th November 2025 through the JKUAT E-Services portal via the eCitizen gateway.
Graduation fees (inclusive of academic dress and alumni contribution) are as follows:

Graduands must also clear all university fees and outstanding dues to qualify for the ceremony.
Online Clearance & Graduation Application
All graduands must complete online clearance on the JKUAT E-Services portal and then submit their graduation application through the “Apply for Graduation” tab.
Online clearance is required before gowns can be issued.
Academic Regalia Collection & Return
Gowns will be issued from 17th–28th November 2025, during working hours.
Regalia must be returned by 19th December 2025, after which a KSh 500 per day penalty will apply.
Electronic Invitation Cards
Graduands will receive electronic invitation cards via email. Each graduand should print one e-card and may invite two guests. Car passes will be issued when collecting regalia.
Punctuality on Graduation Day
Graduands and their guests must be seated by 7:30 a.m. Late arrivals will not be allowed into the Graduation Square.
