Christopher Khaemba

Christopher Khaemba, Co-Founder and Director of Nova Pioneer, has been recognized as one of the ten finalists for the prestigious Africa Education Medal 2024. Established by T4 Education and HP, this accolade celebrates individuals who have made significant contributions to transforming education across the continent.

The Africa Education Medal honors those who have sparked change and inspired others in the field of education. It is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated remarkable impact, leadership, and advocacy.

The winner of the 2024 Africa Education Medal will be invited to the World Schools Summit in Dubai on November 23-24. In addition to the recognition, the winner will have the opportunity to nominate a school to receive membership in T4 Education’s Best School to Work programme. This initiative aims to address the teacher recruitment and retention crisis by certifying schools for their culture and helping them create environments that attract and retain top educators.

Khaemba, a dedicated Kenyan educator, co-founded Nova Pioneer, a pan-African school group committed to developing innovators and leaders who will shape Africa’s future. His lifelong mission has been to build institutions that exemplify what is possible in African education, positively impacting 20,000 students and 2,000 teachers across the continent.
