In Nairobi, the power interruptions will primarily affect parts of Parklands and Muthaiga North Road. Power will be out from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the following areas:
- Parklands: 2nd & 3rd Parklands Avenue, Kusi Lane, Ngao Road, and adjacent customers.
- Muthaiga North Road: Thika Road, Ramanda, Utalii Village, NYS, NIS, KISM, Survey of Kenya, GSU, and surrounding areas.
Western Region
The Western Region will also see scheduled maintenance affecting areas in Chiga and parts of Kakamega County. The outages are scheduled as follows:
- Chiga: From 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., impacting Wildor School, K. Ochieng Centre, Kausi Market, and nearby communities.
- Kakamega County (Lutaso): From 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., affecting Lutaso Market, Nancy Academy, Navakholo Market, Dorofu Market, and adjacent areas.
South Nyanza Region
In South Nyanza, the following areas will experience power cuts between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.:
- Burlum, Seka, Rambira: Including Kotieno, Makaka, Kamser Seka, Rambira, Karabondi, and neighboring regions.
Nyamira and Embu Counties
Power interruptions will also take place in parts of Nyamira and Embu counties:
- Nyamira Town and Kebirigo: From 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., impacting Sanganyi, Makairo, Sironga, and nearby locations.
- Kivaa and Masaku (Embu County): From 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., affecting Kivaa Market, Kengen Hydro Plaza, and surrounding areas.
