Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Chwele Campus is a reputable institution located in Kabuchai Constituency, Bungoma County, strategically positioned off the Bungoma/Kimilili junction. The campus stands on a 29½-acre plot, procured through a partnership between the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), under the leadership of Hon. Moses Wetangula, and the Iranian Government.

1. Certificate in Health Records and Information

Entry Requirements:

  • A minimum mean grade of C- in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
  • C- in English or Kiswahili, and D in Biology/Biological Sciences
  • D- in Mathematics
  • D+ in any one of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, General Science, Computer Studies, Agriculture, Home Science, Economics, Geography, Commerce, or Business Studies

2. Upgrading Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology

This program is designed for individuals who already hold a certificate in Health Records and Information and are looking to advance their skills to a higher level, enabling them to take on more complex roles in data management within the health sector.
