How to Pay for Safaricom Home Fibre via Mpesa
Paying for Safaricom Home Fibre through Mpesa is a straightforward process. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to do it using the Paybill number 150501:
- Go to your Mpesa Menu
Start by accessing the Mpesa menu on your mobile phone. - Select Lipa na Mpesa
Choose the “Lipa na Mpesa” option from the menu. - Select Paybill
Once you’re in Lipa na Mpesa, select “Paybill.” - Enter the Business Number
Key in 150501 as the business number. - Enter Your Fibre Account Number
Your Fibre account number is unique to your connection. You can find it on your router. Enter this number correctly. - Enter the Amount You Wish to Pay
Depending on the package you’re subscribed to, enter the appropriate amount (KSh 2,999, 4,100, 6,299, or 12,499). - Enter Your Mpesa PIN
Input your Mpesa PIN and confirm the transaction by pressing OK. - Confirm Your Details
Before finalizing, confirm that all the details (Business Number, Account Number, and Amount) are correct. - Receive Confirmation
Once the payment goes through, you will receive an SMS from Mpesa confirming the successful transaction.

Important Note on Payment
Payment for Safaricom Home Fibre is required every 30 days in advance. Failure to pay on time will result in suspension of the service, and it will only be reactivated once the outstanding payment is made.
