Daima Sacco is a rural-based financial institution headquartered in Embu County, Kenya. Established on April 16, 1991, the Sacco has grown to become one of the largest deposit-taking Saccos in the country with an asset base of Kshs 1.65 billion. Initially formed to serve tea growers in Embu County, Daima Sacco was formerly known as Mungania Tea Growers Sacco before rebranding in 2010. The rebranding came with the opening of Front Office Service Activities (FOSA), enabling the Sacco to attract members beyond tea farmers and serve the wider community.
The primary mission of Daima Sacco is to promote the economic welfare of its members by encouraging savings, deposits, and investment.
