Skyline Sacco, formerly known as Baringo Farmers Savings and Co-operative Society, has been a trusted financial institution in Kenya since it was registered on 4th July 1989 and began operations on 1st January 1990. The Sacco rebranded and expanded its services in 2004 by offering Front Office Services Activities (FOSA) to attract a more diverse membership base. Today, Skyline Sacco is fully licensed by the Sacco Society Regulatory Authority (SASRA) as a deposit-taking institution, with an asset base of Ksh 2.55 billion and a membership of over 88,000 individuals.
With 12 branches located across various counties, Skyline Sacco continues to offer a wide range of savings and loan products, positioning itself as one of the largest deposit-taking Saccos in the country.
Skyline Sacco Membership Eligibility
Skyline Sacco welcomes a diverse group of members from different sectors of the economy. Eligibility for membership is open to the following groups:

Skyline Sacco Membership Requirements
To become a member of Skyline Sacco, certain criteria and documentation are necessary. Below are the key requirements for new members:
- Membership of a Marketing Society: You must be a registered member of a marketing society within Baringo, Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet, or Nakuru counties.
- Channel Produce: You are required to channel your produce through a marketing society or KCC (Kenya Co-operative Creameries).
- Entrance Fee: Pay a one-time entrance fee of Ksh 200.
- KRA PIN Certificate: Provide a copy of your KRA PIN certificate.
- Passport Size Photo: Submit one recent passport-sized photograph.
- National ID Copy: Provide a photocopy of your national identification card.
- Monthly Deposits: Commit to a minimum monthly deposit of Ksh 300.
- Loan Eligibility: To be eligible for a loan, you must make consecutive contributions for at least 4 months. The amount of your first loan will be twice the value of your deposits, and for subsequent loans, it will be three times your deposits based on merit.
