Mentor Sacco, formerly known as Murang’a Teachers Sacco, is a prominent deposit-taking Savings and Credit Cooperative (Sacco) that has been operational since 1977. Originally established to serve teachers, it has since expanded its membership to include civil servants, disciplined forces, local authorities, NGOs, national and county governments, private companies, entrepreneurs, and groups/Chamas.
