VetLab Sports Club Membership Requirements and Application Process
To become a member of VetLab Sports Club, interested applicants must go through a structured process:
- Proposer’s Recommendation: The applicant must be recommended by a proposer who is already a member.
- Application Letter: Fill out the application form available on the club’s website and submit it with two passport photos, a photocopy of your National ID, CV, and a cheque for the relevant fees.
- Proposer and Seconder: Ensure your proposer and seconder have signed the form.
- Induction: Attend an induction to the Board of Directors on the first Wednesday of every month with your proposer.
- Notice Board: The application form, with a photo of the applicant, is posted on the club’s notice board for one month.
- Balloting and Approval: The applicant must be accompanied by the proposer during the balloting process. Once approved, membership is activated after the final payment is cleared.
- Joint Couples: For joint membership, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.
- Corporate Members: Corporate applicants must submit an introduction letter from their company and the CR12 form.
