How to Book a Huduma Centre Appointment Online

Huduma Centres bring many government services under one roof, from ID and birth certificate applications to KRA, NSSF and business registration help. Queues can be long, but you can book an appointment online and arrive at a set time. This guide shows how to create an account on the Huduma appointment system, book and manage an appointment, what to bring, and how to make sure the visit is not wasted.

Where to Book

Bookings are made on the Huduma Kenya appointment system at appointment.hudumakenya.go.ke. You can see the list of services offered at centres on hudumakenya.go.ke. Booking is free.

Create an Account

1. Open appointment.hudumakenya.go.ke and choose to register as a new user.
2. Enter your national ID number.
3. Enter your mother’s first name, used to confirm your identity.
4. Enter your phone number and create a password.
5. Activate the account with the code sent by SMS.

Use a phone number you will keep. Confirmations and reminders are sent there.

Book an Appointment

1. Log in with your ID number and password.
2. Choose New Appointment.
3. Select the Huduma Centre most convenient for you.
4. Select the service you need.
5. Pick an available date and time.
6. Save the booking. You receive an SMS confirmation and can print or save a booking slip.
