RUBiS Energy Kenya has strengthened its national presence with the launch of two new state-of-the-art service stations in Eldoret: RUBiS Iten Road and RUBiS Champions Mall. The strategic expansion marks a significant investment in the North Rift region and underlines the company’s long-term commitment to supporting Kenya’s economic growth.
The launch, presided over by Olivier Sabrié, Group Managing Director of RUBiS Energy Kenya and CEO of RUBiS Energie East Africa, comes as the energy giant pushes its retail network beyond 300 service stations nationwide.
To celebrate the milestone, RUBiS is offering motorists an introductory discount of KSh 8 per litre on all fuel grades at both new stations for the entire day on Friday, 29th August 2025.
Speaking during the launch, Mr. Sabrié reaffirmed RUBiS’s confidence in Kenya’s economic potential and highlighted Eldoret’s strategic role in the company’s growth plans:
“Our continued investment in Kenya is driven by a deep confidence in the nation’s economic trajectory,” said Sabrié. “Eldoret, as the dynamic heart of the North Rift, is a cornerstone of our expansion strategy. Beyond providing reliable and accessible fuel, these stations create jobs, stimulate local economic activity, and ensure that our growth directly benefits the people around us.”
The expansion is expected to enhance RUBiS’s footprint across the North Rift, a critical region serving as a transit hub connecting Nakuru, Baringo, Kapsabet, and Kakamega.
The two stations have been uniquely designed to cater to diverse customer needs.
Fred Patta, Retail Manager at RUBiS Energy Kenya, emphasized the distinct offerings at each location:
- RUBiS Champions Mall Station – Features a premium tyre centre and full-service convenience store.
- RUBiS Iten Road Station – Optimized for speed and efficiency, serving motorists traveling towards Baringo and Kabarnet, with access to RUBiS UltraTec high-performance fuels, Castrol lubricants, and RUBiS Gas.
“We are committed to meeting the varied needs of our customers,” said Patta. “To celebrate this important milestone, we invite everyone to experience the RUBiS standard of quality and enjoy KSh 8 off every litre of UltraTec fuel at both new locations on August 29th.”
