Isuzu East Africa has partnered with Centum Real Estate to award a brand-new Isuzu mu-X 1.9L valued at KSh8.9 million to the company’s Elite Salesperson of the Year, reinforcing a shared focus on performance and excellence.
The award was presented to Mildred Mwebi Nyantaiti, who emerged as the top-performing salesperson for the financial year ending March 2026.
Recognising Top Talent in Real Estate
The recognition forms part of Centum Real Estate’s Reward and Recognition Programme, one of the most competitive incentive schemes in the region.
The programme is designed to celebrate high-performing employees who contribute significantly to sales growth across the company’s property portfolio, which includes developments such as Vipingo Development and Two Rivers Development.
In addition to flagship rewards such as vehicles, top performers in the programme can earn cash prizes of up to KSh1 million and fully sponsored international travel experiences.
Strategic Partnership With Isuzu EA
Speaking during the award ceremony, Sales and Marketing Director Wanjohi Kangangi said the locally assembled mu-X reflects ambition, resilience, and performance.
He noted that the vehicle is designed for individuals who strive for excellence while maintaining a balance between professional success and lifestyle aspirations.
The 7-seater SUV features a 1.9-litre engine, off-road capability, advanced safety features, and premium comfort, positioning it as both an executive and lifestyle vehicle.
Isuzu East Africa began local assembly of the mu-X in November 2025, marking a significant milestone in expanding its product offering in the region.
Building a High-Performance Culture
Centum Real Estate Managing Director Kenneth Mbae emphasised the company’s commitment to recognising and rewarding exceptional performance.
He said the Elite Salesperson of the Year Award is part of a broader effort to build a high-performance culture, where employees are motivated through meaningful incentives aligned with their contributions.
The company also runs a “Refer and Earn” programme that allows clients and members of the public to earn commissions of up to KSh1.08 million for successful property referrals.
Incentives Driving Sector Growth
The partnership between Isuzu EA and Centum Real Estate reflects a wider trend in Kenya’s property sector, where firms are increasingly using high-value incentives to attract and retain top talent.
As competition intensifies in real estate, companies are investing more in reward structures that not only recognise performance but also enhance brand positioning and employee engagement.
By aligning with a leading automotive brand, Centum Real Estate is also reinforcing its premium positioning within the market.
Outlook for Corporate Partnerships
The collaboration underscores how strategic partnerships are shaping Kenya’s business landscape, particularly in sectors such as real estate and manufacturing.
Both organisations said the initiative reflects their shared commitment to innovation, performance, and empowering individuals who drive economic progress.
As companies continue to compete for talent and market share, such partnerships are expected to play a growing role in defining corporate culture and performance standards.
